OTR/Regional Open Deck Driver Overview

Top pay for skilled open deck drivers. Earn up to $104,000 per year, with top earners reaching $120,000 and weekly pay averaging $2,000–$2,300.*
Extra pay for the extra work. Earn 52CPM including bonuses, plus 20CPM on loaded miles for tarp and securement, with bonus opportunities and stop pay available.*
Freight that puts your skills to work. Haul a mix of flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers.
Home time by location. Home time varies by location, with weekly options available in some areas.

OTR/Regional Dry Van Driver Overview

Pay with room to grow. Earn up to $88,000 per year with base pay of 52CPM, averaging $1,700 per week.*
Bigger miles pay more. Earn an additional 5CPM in safety and performance bonuses, plus $1.00 on every mile after 2,500 miles.*
Weekend earnings, maximized. Run as a Weekend Warrior and earn up to $2,050 per week.*
Home every week. Get home weekly for 34–48 hours, running primarily in the Midwest.
Less dock time. More drive time. More than 60% of loads are drop & hook, which keeps your week productive.

Local, Flex, & Dedicated Driver Overview

Home daily on local routes. Earn $22–$25 per hour depending on location and average $1,300 per week, with day and night shifts available.*
Flex dry van with 3+ nights home. Earn $23–$25 per hour depending on location and average $1,400 per week, home 3+ nights per week.*
Flex open deck with 3+ nights home. Earn $25–$28 per hour depending on location and average $1,400 per week, home 3+ nights per week.*
Local and flex positions in select locations. Speak with a recruiter to confirm availability in your area.
Bonuses that reward professionalism. Local and flex drivers can earn additional safety and performance incentives for maintaining high standards on the road.*
Dedicated refrigerated, home weekly. Run dedicated refrigerated freight out of McCook, IL; El Mirage, AZ; and Goodyear, AZ, averaging up to $2,000 per week with 66CPM including bonuses.*
Dedicated extras that add up. Earn $20 per hour delivery pay, plus an extra $250 on loads delivering to the New York City and Newark, NJ metro areas.*
